Crampons Petzl LYNX

Versatility at its finest! With modular front points (short/long mono-point, bi-point, or asymmetric bi-point), LYNX crampons are suitable for climbing in challenging terrain, from snow couloirs to ice and mixed terrain. The LEVERLOCK UNIVERSEL attachment system allows for a snug fit with boots with a heel cutout.

14-point crampons designed for ice climbing, mixed terrain, and technical mountaineering:

• The length of the front points can be adjusted with a single screw (Petzl patent),
• Supplied in a bi-point configuration, they can be easily converted to mono-point: asymmetrical bi-point for hard ice, symmetrical bi-point for snow couloirs and gutters, short mono-point for ice, long mono-point for mixed terrain. – The LEVERLOCK UNIVERSEL binding system is adapted to boots with rear cutouts,
• Two-position connectors for a wide range of boot sizes (from 37 to 49),
• Tool-free crampon length adjustment.

Complete modularity thanks to the ALPEN ADAPT system:

• The crampon toe, connectors, snow guards, and binding system can be replaced separately,
• FIL or FIL FLEX binding system for all boot toes (with or without cutouts).
• Compatible with all bindings, fitting most boots, with or without cutouts: rigid, flexible, telemark boots, snowboard boots, etc.
